At Porcelain Ceramics, our primary focus is ensuring you have a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience.
While we act as a platform connecting you to our trusted suppliers, we are actively involved in managing the process and ensuring that
your orders are handled with the utmost care. We do not directly stock or sell the products, but rest assured that we will work closely with our suppliers
to address any concerns or issues that may arise.
Our suppliers are responsible for fulfilling and delivering the products you purchase. While they manage the shipment and product quality,
Porcelain Ceramics is committed to being your point of contact for any queries. If you have questions or encounter any issues with your order,
we will work on your behalf to resolve them quickly and efficiently, ensuring you remain satisfied with your purchase.
The price you pay includes both the supplier's base price and a small service fee that allows us to facilitate your order, coordinate with suppliers, and provide ongoing customer support. Our aim is to offer you competitive pricing while ensuring your experience is seamless.
We collect full payment in advance, which covers both the cost of the product and a service fee for facilitating the transaction. Our service fee is earned upon the successful delivery of the product. If the delivery is not completed, a refund of the product cost will be issued in full. This ensures that our service is based on the successful fulfilment of your order.
